I will design your programme from a blank canvas using your detailed Q&A and ongoing check in sessions together to structure your training and food plan to drive maximal results and a body transformation in 3 months. With your commitment and focus supported by my guidance and 1:1 support, the following targets are possible in 3 months.

Lose up to 12kg of fat

(May depend on how close you are to optimum body fat)
